Agreement & Release The undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees as follows: 1. That he/she has purchased from National Aeronautics co., one complete set of plans and specifications for a Cassutt Sport/Racer aircraft. 2. That the purchase of such plans includes the exclusive right to assemble one (1) Cassutt aircraft. 3. That all rights, title and interest to the plans and specifications of the Cassutt Sport/Racer are vested in National Aeronautics Co., and that the purchase of such plans entitles the undersigned to the sole use of such plans for the assembly of one such aircraft. 4. The undersigned agrees not to duplicate or in anyway reproduce the plans or specifications for use by others. 5. The undersigned further agrees that the purchaser of said plans does not include the right to duplicate or manufacture any component parts of the Cassutt Sport/Racer for use by anyone other than himself/herself. 6. The undersigned further agrees in the event of sale or of transfers of the plans and specifications to notify National Aeronautics Co. 7. The undersigned further acknowledges and understands that the purchase of said plans, specifications and/or components parts carries with it no warranties either express or implied as to merchantability or fitness for a particular use, said warranties being specifically disclaimed by National Aeronautics Co. 8. The undersigned further acknowledges and understands that the responsibility for assembly and use of any aircraft assembled by the undersigned or his agents or employees is solely that of the undersigned. 9. The undersigned hereby agrees to hold National Aeronautics Co. harmless from, and assumes full responsibility for any and all injuries and damages, including death, as to all persons and as to all property, caused by, resulting from, or arising out of or occurring as a result of the use by the undersigned or other persons of the plans, specifications or components purchased by the undersigned from National Aeronautics Co. 10. The undersigned further agrees to hold National Aeronautics Co., harmless from any and all claims for injuries and damages made by any person as a result of the use of any aircraft assembled by the undersigned from plans, specifications or components purchased from National Aeronautics Co. 11.
